PRIVACY POLICY
SWING Design Ltd will not share your details with any third parties
PAYMENT POLICY
You the customer must pay SWING Design Ltd the full order value before goods are despatched
DELIVERY POLICY
All orders will be delivered within a 1-4 day period via royal mail, to the address supplied by you the customer.
You the customer will be informed of the day the goods were posted.
STOCK POLICY
If an item is out of stock you the customer will be informed and will be given the option to wait for new stock or cancel the order free of charge.
GENERAL CARE OF GARMENTS
All customers are responsible for washing and drying to the washing instructions given with the trousers. SWING Design Ltd is not responsible for neglect of these instructions.
RETURNS POLICY
1. You the customer have 7 days of receipt of goods to inform us you wish to cancel the order
2. The goods must be returned within 14 days of you informing us you wish to cancel
3. All goods must be sent back with all packaging in original condition and garment in same condition as when received by you the customer
4. Returns are at the customers own risk and costs
5. Once goods received and cleared by SWING Design Ltd a full refund will be given less any delivery costs.
VAT
VAT has already been added to the sales value.
